ChatGen allows you to customize your profile so that your customer is aware of whom they’re talking to. The conversation can become more human and personalized, which is an important part of any marketing effort.

Go to Settings>Profile Settings> My Profile
Click on the image to update your profile picture
You can click on Name to edit the name as well.
You can’t change the email id though. In order to change the email ID, you will have to delete this account and set up another one with the new email ID.
You click on the Change password on the top-right to change the password for your account.
The status indicator
This status indicator shows whether an individual agent is available or not. It doesn’t depend on the organization’s status.
You can change an individual status by clicking on the icon in the bottom left of the ChatGen account. The options available are “Busy” and “Online”.
